Lentils are an important source of proteins. To sprout lentils you must soak in water for 6 to 12 hours and rinse 2 to 3 times per day. Sprouted lentils contain 300% more soluble fibres than the dry bean and sufficient levels of all essential amino acids. Note: A shipping charge of $ 30.00, per 25 kg bag, will be added to our order.
