Tropical herb favoured in Thai cuisine. Not only is it widely used as a culinary herb but also as a medicinal herb in India. It has long, slender, pale green stems that are thick and fleshy with a subtle citrus flavour. Lemongrass can be dried and ground into powder, or used fresh in soups, curries and stir-fries.
