\n Printable version – Vegetative plants <\/a> – Plants (unrotted cuttings, rotted cuttings, bare roots, [perennials], bulbs and plugs).

ORNAMENTAL AND EDIBLE PLANT SEEDS <\/strong>(VEGETABLES, HERBS, SPROUTS, MICROGREENS, ETC.)<\/strong>, TAGS AND ACCESSORIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

PRICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

We make every effort to guarantee the lowest possible prices. However, certain uncontrollable situations may cause us to change prices during the year. We reserve the right to rectify prices in the case of a misprint or other error.\u00a0 \u00a0Prices for ornamental seeds, tags and accessories are valid until June 30th, of each year. \u00a0For edible plant seeds, prices are valid until October 30 of each year.<\/p>\n

AVAILABILITY (Back Orders)<\/strong><\/p>\n

This situation can arise when products are not received from our suppliers. \u00a0If such a problem occurs, the back order products will be clearly indicated on your invoice.\u00a0 Once we receive the missing products, they will be shipped as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

CROP FAILURES AND SUBSTITUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

When taking delivery of your order, it may be possible that we could not supply a given product due to an insufficient harvest or because the product is \u00about of stock\u00bb.\u00a0 In such cases, we will replace the unavailable variety with a similar or upgraded product.\u00a0 If you do not accept substitutes, please clearly indicate it on the order form.<\/p>\n

ORDER CONFIRMATION <\/strong><\/p>\n

We confirm each order by sending an email. \u00a0If you do not receive an order confirmation email, or if you notice an error in the document, quickly notify our Customer Service.<\/p>\n

METHODS OF PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

We accept cash, Interac, cheque, Visa or MasterCard (for orders less than $5,000) and transfers via Banking Institution (AccesD, BMO, RBC, BNC)<\/strong>. To facilitate your transactions, you can open an account to buy on credit (for annual purchases over $1000). For more information on this subject, contact our Customer Service.<\/p>\n

INTEREST ON PAST DUE ACCOUNTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

A monthly 2% interest fee will be applied to any amounts past due on the requested payment date indicated on the invoice.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

REIMBURSEMENT POLICY (seeds, tags, and accessories)<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will reimburse or credit returned goods, with proof of purchase, within 10 days of purchase. \u00a0No reimbursement or credit will be given after the 10 days unless in exceptional circumstances; then, a return fee of 15% of the value of the goods will be applied.\u00a0 Seeds must be returned in their original sealed packaging accompanied by the purchase order or invoice. Shipping fees will be at the customer\u2019s expense. \u00a0Due to the short shelf span, custom seed orders and primed seeds cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

OUR WARRANTY <\/strong><\/p>\n

NORSECO S.E.C. guarantees that our seeds follow the regulations of the Provincial and Federal laws in effect.<\/p>\n

NORSECO S.E.C. makes no other representation, guarantee or condition, explicit or implied, of any nature whatsoever, on the seed, the subsequent crop or the absence of disease in the seed.<\/p>\n

If a human mistake is made during packaging, NORSECO S.E.C. can be held responsible up to the value of the invoice or the amount paid by the buyer. \u00a0\u00a0In such a case, the buyer has 30 days to send his claim by a registered letter to Norseco S.E.C. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If this limited guarantee is not acceptable for the buyer as a sale condition, the buyer must not proceed to sow and return the seeds in the original and unopened packaging, and the price of purchase will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

NORSECO S.E.C. will not be held responsible for the loss of product, loss of revenue or any other accessory or indirect damage thereto.<\/strong><\/p>\n

SHIPPING COSTS <\/strong><\/p>\n

Seeds<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shipping is free of charge for orders over $100 from Quebec, Ontario, and the Atlantic Provinces. For orders less than $99.99, shipping and handling fees of $15 will be added.<\/p>\n

Sprouts and microgreens:<\/strong> a shipping surcharge of $30.00 is added to 25 kg formats.<\/p>\n

Shipping at your expense (FOB Laval) for other regions. Please call customer service for a quote.<\/p>\n

Other products (tags and accessories)<\/strong><\/p>\n

All shipping costs are at client’s expense.\u00a0 We select the most appropriate transportation service.\u00a0 Upon request, we can ship your order by the service of your choice.<\/p>\n

TAXES<\/strong><\/p>\n

All products in the catalogue are subject to taxes, based on the following rates:<\/p>\n
