Prices

We ensure the lowest possible prices. However, certain situations beyond our control may force some price change during the year. We also reserve the right to correct prices if a printing error occurs.

Seeds and tags:

This situation can arise when we have not received products from our suppliers. When this occurs, we will clearly indicate on your order form the products that will follow later and will ship them to you as soon as possible.

Cuttings and plugs:

All back order products on a plant order will automatically be cancelled.

Crops failures, substitutions:

If the case of crop failure or shortage, we will substitute the variety with one of equal or greater performance. If you do not accept subsitutes, please notify us on the order form.

Order ackonowledgement:

For each booking order, an acknowledgement will be sent by mail within two (2) weeks. If you do not receive this acknowledgement or if you notice an error or discrepancy, please advise our office as soon as possible so that the situation may be rectified.

Shipping:

Seeds: Shipment costs are prepaid for shipments in Quebec, Ontario, and in the Atlantic Provinces.

Other (plants, tags, accessories, etc) : Shipment charges are F.O.B. our warehouse, Laval, Quebec.

Shipment costs for all Western Provinces and outside of Canada are F.O.B. our warehouse.

We reserve the right to choose the appropriate transport. Upon request, we will ship by the carrier of your choice at your expense.

Taxes:

5% G.S.T. and 7,5 % Quebec P.S.T. (13% H.S.T. for Nova-Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland) are applicable on all products in the catalogue except for large quantities of vegetable seeds, such as:

Corn, beans and peas: More than 5 kg or 2500 seeds.

Other species: More than 125 g or 2500 seeds.

Other province residents do not pay Quebec P.S.T., when the products are shipped from Quebec.

Methods of payment:

We accept cash, cheques, Visa and MasterCard. In order to facilate your transactions, you can also open an account with us. For more information on this subject, please contact your Sales Representative.

Any cutting or plug orders must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to delivery if the customer does not have an account with us.

Interest on past du accounts:

An interest of 2% per month is payable on all unpaid amounts after the limit payment date.
