Terms of payment
We accept cash, cheques, Visa and Mastercard. You can also have an
open account and buy on credit in order to facilitate your transactions.

Seeds and tags: 1%, 15 of next month
All your purchases for the month will benefit from a 1% discount if
paid before the 15th of the next month. Otherwise, our terms are net
60 days from the invoice date.
Cuttings and plugs: Net 30 days
Past due accounts
A late fee of 2% per month will be charged on all amounts not paid by due date on the invoce.

Refund policies
Seeds and tags
We will reimburse or issue a credit note for returned merchandise,
only if this merchandise is accompanied by proof of purchase and received
by us within 10 days of purchase. No refund or credit will be issued
after this 10 day period, other than exceptional circumstances; then
we will charge 15% of the merchandise value as an administrative fee.
Seeds must be returned to us in the original container, unopened and
accompanied by a copy of the receiving slip or invoice.
Transportation costs for any returned product are payable by the customer.
Special seed orders and orders of primed seed, because of its shorter
SHELH LIFE, cannot be returned for credit.

Our warranty
Seed:
NORSECO Inc. guarantees that the seed it sells conforms to all the
Provincial and Federal Laws in effect. NORSECO makes no other
representation, guarantee or condition, explicit or implied, of any
kind, on the seed, the subsequent crop or the absence of disease
in the seed. If human error has occured during packaging of
the seed, NORSECO will only be responsible for the invoiced amount and/or
the price paid for the seed by the buyer. As a condition of admitted
responsibility, NORSECO must receive a written notice stating that the
seed is defective, within thirty (30) days of the discovery of this
defectiveness.
By accepting the seed, the buyer acknowledges that the limited warranty
described above constitutesa condition of sale, as well as an agreement
between NORSECO and the buyer.
If this limited guarantee is not acceptable for the BUYER as condition
of sale, yhen the BUYER must not proceed with the sowing and must return
the seed in its orginal, unopened packaging, and the purchase price
will be reimbursed.
Cuttings and plugs:
We want to assure you of the best after sales service. If you are displeased
with the cuttings or plants that you receive from us (stunted growth,
insects, diseases) you have the possibility, within two (2) days following
the delivery of your cuttings to call NORSECO at 1-800-561-9693.
We will authorize the return or exchange of the product. You must keep
the products in their original packaging. No credit will be authoirised
if the complaint is received after 48 hours following the delivery or
if the product has been transplanted.
Make sure you inspect your plants as soon as they arrive and advise
us immediately of any abnormalities. NORSECO and the PROPAGATOR are
in no way responsable for diseases that may appear at the GROWERS premises
during the production cycle.
The BUYER'S sole and exclusive remedy shall be the refund of the purchase
price. In no event shall NORSECO be liable for the loss of product,
profit or any special, incidental or consequential damages.
